Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a malware scanner for Windows. The authors claim to use a variety of technologies to find malware undetectable by other malware scanners. There is a free trial with limited options and a supported full version with the ability to run scheduled scans.

Exceptional tool. It's been a dependable first tool to run scans whenever you think or wonder if the box has been hit. Free home version works good, paid version is worth having for your own system. Malwarebytes.org has good reference docs on different types of malware. Runs super fast on Mac OSX 10. Is slower on Windows pc but does an excellent job of detecting and fixing problems.
Excellent tool that some are still unaware exists!?! In addition to a full-feature solution like Kasperky Internet Security or Bitdefender, I also use this on my PC's Registration for home use gives a perpetual license, too! No paying every year or so to subscribe.
I recently cleaned a client's computer with the free version. Found a relatively new trojan quickly and easily. Anti-virus scanners aren't what they used to be, so for now, I'll be using Malwarebytes' scanner as an essential part of my toolset.
